I ordered 38 dollars worth of pizza and cinnamon rolls through UberEats. I called the restaurant and spoke with a young man named King and asked him to please make sure that my boxes were sealed. He assured me that he would personally take care of it. I get my order and no seal in sight, and the pizza is burnt. RecommendedThe BEST part about this place was the cinnamon rolls 😋😋😋 The pizza was less than ok, plenty of meat but nooooo sauce, just to dry ☹️🤦🏽♀️

From customer service to food quality and even the sticky tables. Once again disappointed in the service industry especially my follow black community. No warm welcome. I ordered the “ cee no green” and requested they make it the way it supposed to. She then asked me what I wanted. If I would do build my own, I would say less sodium. Not even thank you for coming/ choosing us. However we got a good sticky table. The “ og rolls” was decent.

At 6:05 odered online to be ready at 6:45. Arrived at 6:55 and was told to wait another 7 minutes. At 7:05 was told it was almost ready At 7:12 they told me they were just getting ready to START my order! I asked to cancel, she told me to get a refund for an online order I had to request it via a link on the receipt. Was already late to meet friends. Later checked receipt, no such link. My friend and I received the incorrect order several weeks ago. When we initially reported the error we were encouraged because someone was interacting with us via Messenger. The communication and response has now stopped from Slim and Husky. They asked for my friend's phone number but never called her.
Today was a nightmare at the Howell Mill location. The staff was so far behind that I wound up waiting till 8:05 for pizzas that the app said would be ready at 7:20. When I left with my pick up order there were at least 15 or more people in line waiting to pick up their orders. This one guy said he placed his order around 6 pm and was at the back of the line to pick up his order because it was not ready when he came back the first time.
