Poor customer service the staff was rude and on their phones! The food was good though!!

Nicer employees at your Antioch store - SO I went to the Antioch location for the 1st time today all excited to try a new place and support a local business. I ordered online and the 1st time I got an error when trying to pay for the pizza. No big deal so I start over and go through the process again and pay at the end. RecommendedTypically I have a good experience at Slim & Huskys but today wasn’t the greatest. My manager attempted to place a catering order for 12 pizzas earlier today online for a company event. After placing the order the delivery company sent an email stating that it was unavailable. I was unable to place a regular order online from work so I called the location. No service. I was the only person waiting to place my order.
I drove from Murfreesboro,TN tonight to get there and the doors were already locked at 9:15 pm. Your business according to your door and online hours do not close until 10 PM. You guys should really consider letting your customers in until closing time. I was a very disappointed customer tonight.

Thank You for your feedback. We apologize for your inconvenience. In each our restaurants we have a list of house rules on the wall by the entry ways that help customers understand our policies. One of those policies is that we will close 30 - 45 minutes before our closing hours at times due to volume. We do this to ensure our employees do not have to work far past their scheduled hours. Placed an order online so that I wouldn’t have to wait at the restaurant. Go to pick my order up to be informed that they had given it to someone else . Waiting for them to remake my order when this lady comes in with the order I placed. How do you give someone who only ordered 2 pizzas a total of 6 boxes .
