Geri went above and beyond her responsibilities as a sales associate. Inventory was thin. Would have bought more if inventory was better.
Keala was very helpful from the beginning as soon as I entered the store. She greeted me and asked what I am interested in. I showed her the brand that I specifically wanted and she assisted me and ordered my furniture. She was very kind, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I went back today to see her and made another purchase. While walking around the store, she also showed me what types of lamp tables would match with my current couches in my home. Had a great experience shopping for a new mattress at SlumberWorld in HomeWorld Hilo. Geri has helped us a couple times since we moved to Hilo and did not disappoint this visit. She is professional, efficient, and so friendly offering the BEST customer service experience. My wife and I have purchased many items from Home world and Slumber world for our home over the years. Kit Norton was very helpful on our first visit even we did not find what we were looking for I returned to see him on Wednesday to purchase a head board for our guest room.
