They over charge and when you call them out they say thats the nature of the business. Had them come out twice for a refrigerator. They came out the first time....over $900.00. what they did, did not repair the refigerator so they came out a second time and now want to charge and additional $1500.00. They misdiagnosed the first time......I would never recommend to any one

I had a horrendous experience with one of your drivers during rush hour traffic. He tried to RUN ME OFF THE ROAD and then cussed at me in front of my young child. I will definitely not be suggesting anyone use your services if this is the type of people your company employs. His license plate was GKW-1277. I called and reported this to corporate, but also think anyone who’s interested in using your company should realize the type of people that are employed there. I’m also FIVE MONTHS pregnant. We were requesting a quote to fix our ice machine in our Vernon, CA facility. Tell me why they sent a technician out without our consent and then charged us for it. He literally looked at the machine, didn't touch it, but we received a bill for $293.95? We've been reaching out to them to dispute this charge since August. They continue to state it's being reviewed. Meanwhile they're still sending us letters requesting payment.
