Smile Kamloops offers exceptional dental care and amazing staff!! From Marsha who greets you when you arrive to Dr. Hansford you feel well cared for and valued as a patient and a person. Hygiene appt today with Tracy and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Smile Kamloops for any dental procedure or consultation. I’m happy I did and I drive 4 hours round trip but it’s worth it.
My first visit with Dr. Hansford and his assistant Carmen was wonderful. I was treated with respect and understanding for neglecting my teeth. They helped me develop a plan of dealing with my fears and prioritizing the work to be done. There was no high pressure sales pitch as I had expected. All staff were very friendly and professional.
Extremely caring and efficient staff. Dr Hansford is genuinely concerned with patient comfort during dental procedures and he is also a perfectionist. I now have beautifully filled (at the gum line) teeth!
Dr. Hansford is the best dentist I have seen in 70 years!

Dr. Hansford has been my Dentist since I moved to Valleyview 7 years ago. He is an excellent, very skilled Dentist with a professional, compassionate and caring bedside manner. His Dental Assistant, Jenny, was also competent, very kind and helpful. I even received a follow up call from Meghan the morning after my molar extraction to check on how I was doing and offering assistance if I were to need it.
