Dr. Hansford has been my Dentist since I moved to Valleyview 7 years ago. He is an excellent, very skilled Dentist with a professional, compassionate and caring bedside manner. His Dental Assistant, Jenny, was also competent, very kind and helpful. I even received a follow up call from Meghan the morning after my molar extraction to check on how I was doing and offering assistance if I were to need it. Very caring, professional dental experience. In addition to regular cleaning and check- ups, I like being asked if I have any dental concerns and then having Dr. Hansford and his dental hygienist work out a plan to solve. Receptionists are quick to welcome patients and hygienists bill and book appointments which I believe, adds to office efficiency.
Super nice and friendly, and he really seemed to care about making me feel welcomed.
Meghan did my cleaning today, she was gentle with her voice, with her actions. She was excellent at freezing, I hardly felt it I often struggle to breath during the freezing , which is the worst part always for me. She gave me many short breaks and was genuinely concerned and caring about my trauma and anxiety around dentistry. I will only she Meghan in the future. Thank you for putting me at ease and keeping me calm.
