Great appointment. As always!!! Work was done quickly, dentist took time to check how I was doing and if I had any concerns.

I have been going to Smile Dentistry for a few years now. I had a couple implants and we had a miscommunication on the costs. They made it good and treated me with respect throughout. The staff are all so polite and acknowledge you as you enter the building. Jamie has been my hygienist ~ she is friendly and considerate, always checking on my comfort. She talks to me about my care so I can make informed decisions. Always a great experience. I highly recommend them. :)
First visit. Right from the second I walked in the front door, and the receptionist greeted me by name (I had never been there before), I was made to feel at home. Got a walk-around tour, and then did X-rays and photos. Chatted with the hygienist for a bit, while she organized the photos, then spoke with Dr Hansford. After the appointment, you also receive an email with a link to their new app that has your photos and recommendations. Nice touch.
Appointment consultation went well, and staff explained my treatment plan. I plan to book my dental work in the near future.

Dr. Hansford, a good dentist. I appreciate the fact that if a patient makes it clear that they don't want a particular treatment, he and his staff respect a patient's wishes. I have a dental plan so don't see a bill but I still want to make decisions about my care and I don't want to be convinced that I need something. Not a fan of Dental work. Dr. Hansford and his support staff make it as easy and painless as possible. I would highly recommend Smile Dentistry - Dr Hansford to family and friends. If you’re looking for a family dentist give Dr Hansford a try.... you won’t be sorry!
