I have been going to Smile Exchange for two years now. They have completed routine cleanings, implant procedure, and consultation for my TMJ as a result of an accident. Each time I have received the highest level of care for each and every time. I am so happy that I was referred to them by my Big Cousin. They are above and beyond my expectations on all levels!!!

Today was my first time to visit this place, the front desk was friendly! Then I was led to X-ray by a staff( don’t know her name yet), she’s very professional and efficient! Thanks! And the hygienist Lora, she was good, patient and nice! The doctor ( forgot her name) was good and helpful too! It was a pleasant visit to this place! Very high recommended!

I found this location when I moved into the area. The entire staff is wonderful. I never feel rushed or like I’m just a number when being seen. My issues were explained to me and a plan of correction was put into place. If you’re in the market for a new dentist, I highly recommend smile exchange-Springfield!

After years of going to another dental office in the area my gums were getting worse. I finally woke up, and made an appointment at Smile Exchange. My hygienist Tiffany patiently worked on cleaning my teeth which hadn't been done properly in years. The bleeding stopped and I am on my way to healthy gums and teeth.
