Staff was professional and informative. I didn’t know a lot of things that was going on with my teeth. I went three different dentists said absolutely nothing honestly but I went to simile exchange, and the blew my mind. Stayin with this dentist for now on! So appreciative and thankful. My experience was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly, you can tell that they care about the people who walk through those doors. The tech who did my ex rays was very gentle and talked me through the whole process. The dr showed me the images and explained everything that was going on with my teeth both the bad and the good. It was a lot of good information to help me in the long run when it comes to my oral health. I went to Smile Exchange in September of 2023 with 3 missing teeth…two in the front and 1 on the side. All were noticeable whenever I smiled. My confidence was very low, I was very nervous about dental procedures and I also had lost a crown from one of my lower back teeth. During my initial consultation with Dr Schneider I told him I had an interest in dental implants. However , I wanted to be put to sleep to have them implanted. I've been a patient a little over 2yrs. I'm very happy with Smile Exchange.. Going to a new dentist office ... I was a little nervous. But I'm really satisfied with them and the best hygienist (Tiffany).
