Exceptionally kind and sensitive to my neck and back injuries. They let me take breaks to stretch so I could minimize the pain. Mary and another tech (sorry I can't recall her name) were so attentive. I had a very messy procedure and they carefully wiped my face to make sure I was as comfortable as possible.
