everyone was very friendly and obviously committed to making me comfortable and informed as to what procedure needed to be done.

There have been a number of scheduling mishaps recently. Once, my hygienist appointment was canceled in error, twice, the time of my appointment changed (once when I arrived, and once when I called to confirm). I am absolutely sure that I had the correct appt. times. Altogether, not great experiences of late.
