staff was pleasant and cheerfull as usual. Always a good experience
Theresa and Kirsten are always great when it comes to cleaning. Plus I get all the gossip. Just to let you know my upper and lower molars are still hurting. Really sensitive to cold. They kind of throb. I hope the crowns will ease that.
My experience in your office was as pleasant as any visit to a dentist's office can be. The staff is caring, skilled, and work together with efficiency.

The entire staff is friendly, professional, and patient. Everything is explained clearly and all questions are answered thoroughly. Dr. DesRoches did excellent work.
Friendly staff that greats you immediately and makes you feel comfortable. No excessive waiting in the waiting room. Great Dentists that know their profession and treat you as a person not just a patient through a revolving door.
I don't like anything going on in my mouth but Dr. Rob really helped out with the anethetic so my heart wouldn't race and things went well considering I had to sit there for 2 hours. The whole staff is really great at this office.
