Dr. Kline is the best in his industry, nationwide, hands down!! I am a Veteran that was injured in the line-of-duty. When I was injured, I had several of my maxillar teeth blown out. The VA promised that they would restore my smile with implants. That was a complete nightmare. The VA at Micheal E Debakey VAH ended up excising all of my teeth, placing two small implants in my mandible (one of which was nearly perpendicular to my mandible.
