In my 51 years I've had some bad bad dental experiences, so I have been very skeptical of dentists in general. My first visit to Smiles Dental was last week for a checkup and I chose them because their reviews were SO good. Today I went in for a cleaning and all I can say is I've never had such a good experience. Chrissy is so nice and was always concerned with how I was doing. From the second I walked in the door, I was treated like a queen. The ladies at the front desk greeted me and were so nice you'd think we were best friends... asking how I was doing and about my husband as well as myself. They answered every one of my questions and blew me away with their courtesy and kindness. I had x-rays done and it was uncomfortable (not their fault) and the woman was sympathetic and got it done as quickly as possible. My cleaning was actually enjoyable and even fun. I suffered from severe pain due to an infection under a crown. Smiles was able to see me within the hour, diagnose the problem and offer choices and estimates to resolve the issue.
