Had an appointment set at 11:00 tuesday, Bridge from Rainier, Oregon to Longview, Wash was closed due to suspicious back packs hanging from bridge, called smiles to tell them I didn't know when I'd be able to cross - but could they work it out that I could come in as soon as the bridge was open again. They rescheduled me twice with 3:00 being the latest I could come in today, I told them at 2:45 that the bridge was open and I'd be there by 3:00 for sure.
