The doc was running behind the last two visits however it wasn't too much of a problem. They did a great job on the fitting of the crown. There was a mix up with basic cleaning versus periodontal. I couldn't afford periodontal and felt a bit uncomfortable declining it.
Professional and comfortable---wonderful staff in Longview. Merry Christmas to all!
I have only great things to say about the staff and the way I was treated.
The entire staff at Smiles always amaze me. They exemplify what true outstanding customer service is always about. They greet you by name when you walk in the door, they're always smiling and it feels like you're visiting old friends instead of going to the dentist. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

the staff was super busy on my last visit and said i was gracious for being patient and gave me and my family 4 tickets to movie theater i love smiles very professional

Really good experience. Chrissy was great--skilled and friendly. I've already recommended Smiles to a couple people, but they already go to Smiles! I'll continue to spread the word!
