I never knew coming to the dentist could be so fun and completely painless! Dr. Dixson and Nicole were so enjoyable it didn't really even seem like I was getting a crown. From the front staff to the back staff everyone was wonderful.
I never thought there would be a time that I wouldn't fear going to the dentist but Smiles is more like going to a day spa than a dental appointment. From the shiatsu chair and warm neck pillow, to aromatherapy and iPod, how much more could they do to make us comfortable? I have nothing but respect for my dentist and his team of wonderful people, they are a shining example of what excellence is supposed to be.
It was truly the best first dental appt. I've ever experienced. I loved the staff and the atmosphere was great. I walked out feeling positive about my next visit and with a big smile on my face. Never happened before!:)
Brenda was thorough and entertaining as usual. I am a little concerned that Dr. D does dentistry on himself, but then, he only wants the best.
I had two crowns done last week at Smiles. I knew they may be tough because one was my wisdom tooth and I have a small mouth which my old dentist told me was hard to work on. Dr Dixson and Dondi took great care of me! They just have a way of making you feel so at ease while you are in the chair. I was in and out in no time at all. I didn't even feel them get me numb! My visit to Smiles was fast and easy. I'd almost say it was pleasant (hate going to dentist). I have one suggestion: when I am emailed about an appointment I'd like to be reminded as to why I am coming in. Sometimes I have more than one appointment and cannot remember which appointment is which. For personal scheduling, knowing how long I'll be there is important.
Great experience. Friendly staff. A little wait for dentist at end of appointment.
My hygienist is terrific! Chrissy I think is her name. Very friendly and outgoing. I enjoyed her company during my 6 month cleaning.
