Doctor is great guy. As much a friend as a service provider. Makes a trip to the dentist a less anxious experience. Staff is friendly and pleasant. Seems like a good team to me.
The appointment wasn't stressful or painful and it was easy to communicate with the office staff, hygienist and dentist.

I visited Smiles Dental Ridgefield for the first time this week.Sara was so gentle, but thorough! My teeth feel so clean. Dr. Killpac explained an existing condition so I could understand my options for further treatment. All people I encountered in the office were friendly, kind and professional. I have known that my 56 year old baby tooth would likely need to come out - to complicate matters I would need to re-do Invisalign. I wasn’t sure about a bridge or an implant and Dr. Kilpack and his team did a great job explaining the costs and pros/cons of each option with no pressure. I decided on the implant despite the higher cost. Dr. Kilpack extracted the molar, set the implant post and did the bone graft all in one visit and the team graciously stayed well past theirs closing time. I went to a dentist with a tooth pain and he wanted to give me a root canal. I waited a few days and pain went away. That was 5 years ago. I went to smiles and they said I just had a bruise.They are kind and friendly and energetic! I love my Dentist and there staff! Thank you
