This is terrible! My daughter has a broken bracket and I drove down Friday while on the phone with them telling them I was driving there to find out they are closed and we have to wait until Monday. Monday I speak with Cherry who lacks any amount of compassion and quite frankly could care less about the patients discomfort but she tells me I have to wait 3 weeks to get my daughter seen. Their staff lack knowledge of updating their patient information. I have asked them four times to update my kids information. I have even went in and did it myself and told them to put the correct number I called them and when scheduling an appointment I made sure to give them the correct number to call to confirm the appointment and yet still here. I am six times later my information supposedly got updated but now my daughter missed her appointment and now I have to wait a month to two months which is ridiculous. This place... read more
The staff is so kind and welcoming! We love going there and the experience has been amazing. Braces are one thing my kids needed and wanted and with the monthly payment options they made it possible.
My daughter had her first dentist appt yesterday and I could not be happier with her experience! She came home excited and saying she couldn’t wait to return. she beamed to her brothers about how nice the staff was and how they asked her what her favorite movie was and she got to watch while they worked on her! Now her brothers are asking when they get to go to the dentist! I will be driving from Belen for my 5 children to get treated here from now on!thanks to all that cared for my child with kindness!
This place is awful. The first time we came we waited in line for probably ten minutes and then were told we were outside the 15 minute waiting period for our appt. Waited all afternoon for a no-show so we could be seen. Booked my son’s cavity treatment which was not available for several months. Show up today at 8 which is when they open so we can make sure we’re more than on time. They come waltzing in at 0850 and tell us our son’s appointment was cancelled and they left us a voicemail.
