RecommendedI'm extremely happy with Smiles of Aurora and Dr. Goetz and the staff here and I highly recommend this dental service. I had an emergency and they fit me right in and fixed the problem quickly.
My experiences at Smiles of Aurora are very good. The attitude and professionalism of the staff is great. I even purchased a good Oral-B electric vibrating and scrubbing toothbrush from Dr. Goetz. But, Dr. Goetz uses the white composite bonding fillings which are a little more expensive than Dr. Montminy’s (his predecessor) silver fillings, however there seems to be quite a bit less sensitivity and pain from these white composite bonding fillings.
We are so thankful for Dr. Goetz and Smiles, Mark had a bad toothache on Sunday when he woke up and half his face was swollen. I called in and Dr. Goetz answered sending out pain meds along with antibiotic and gave Mark an appointment right away early Monday morning. The tooth was pulled and Mark is on his way to feeling better. He is still a little swollen and has to finish the antibiotics but thanks to Dr. Goetz for going beyond the norm.
A very nice dentist visit. Everyone is pleasant and professional. I recommend Smiles of Aurora to everyone!!!
Dr. Goetz is very knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure all your concerns are addressed and questions answered. The staff is very friendly.
