The Dentist I saw was wonderful. The Office staff makes this a place I can not return to. They have failed at every step of t he way. First they failed to properly document insurance information I gave them and as a result told me it was too late in the day to call the insurance company which meant that I would need to pay out of pocket then request a reimbursement from my dental insurance, only after I insisted that was not acceptable for 10 minuets did they make the effort to figured out how to properly process it.
