This used to be an awesome dental office, but it must be under new management or something. Now the customer service here is horrible! They pretend like they know what they’re doing, but they do not. Then when it’s time to fix the PAINFUL issue that THEY CREATED, they stop answering the phones and do not return calls. Very unprofessional. Family member had a filling, office was on vacation. Once it opened , person called the office to ask for an emergency visit due to continuing pain at the site . Was told "the schedule was full " and an abrupt "no" Girl on phone could have cared less. Patient canceled all follow up appointments for self and family

Made an appointment for my husband earlier this week for tonight at 5 pm. He got there at 4:50 pm and the place was locked up with no lights, I told him to wait that maybe the office ran out to get a bite if they didn't have an earlier an appointment. He waited until 5:08 pm and no one came back. Supposed to be open until 6 p.m. and don't you contact people if you have to cancel?
Much to long a time spent in the dental chair with the dentist busy hopping between clients. This is a great waste of my time ! I had another appointment scheduled for later on that day. Normally, there was enough of a comfort zone, time wise, to make the next appointment. BUT with this office's method of handling their scheduling I really needed to scramble to get to my next appointment. This practice has ONLY ONE dentist, and one dental assistant.!!! NOT good for the patients that have a schedule to keep.
Was stuck in waiting room for an hour past my appointment time. Staff was not friendly but the Doc was nice. Assistant really hurt me during impressions. I don't recommend.
staff seemed incompetent, couldn't handle a simple cleaning. waste of my time.
The Dentist I saw was wonderful. The Office staff makes this a place I can not return to. They have failed at every step of t he way. First they failed to properly document insurance information I gave them and as a result told me it was too late in the day to call the insurance company which meant that I would need to pay out of pocket then request a reimbursement from my dental insurance, only after I insisted that was not acceptable for 10 minuets did they make the effort to figured out how to properly process it. My first experience at Smiley Dental was comfortable. The Dentist made me relax as much as possible. She was very professional and caring. Will go back again.
