Dr. Havana is great! He was able to fit me in for an emergency same day root canal & 2 the day after (Covid 😑. I usually hate the dentist chair but he was so patient & kind. No judgement & he & his amazing Assistant were so fast & thorough. I now have the proper info for me and a plan going forward. They accept lots of insurances & are very accommodating. I can’t wait to do the Zoom whitening🙌🏼👏🏻👏🏻
Going to the dentist is not something I look forward to, however this office and its staff helped make the experience a positive one. The receptionist was friendly and was able to help me check in and out with ease. The dental assistants were kind and gentle especially when placing the x-ray mouth piece. Dr. Hovhannes was knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me my x-rays and explained what he would be doing ahead of time and asked me if I had questions or concerns. I found Smiley Dental on Google and blindly called them. The staff was amazing and immediately gave me an appointment. We met Dr. Hovhannes who is beyond excellence.
