I called on a Wednesday night to have carpet replaced in my downstairs bedrooms and left a message. My call was returned the following morning during business hours and they came to my house to show me samples so I did not have to go to the physical store. My new carpet was installed the following Monday. The service was prompt and professional. We LOVE our new carpet! I highly recommend!

I have had carpet and wood floors put in different homes by Smith Carpet & Tile Center. I was happy with Harold's accurate measurements and answering my questions about why a certain flooring goes the way it does. You can tell he's been doing this a long time! Installation each time was on time when they said it would be, and the installers cleaned up after themselves.
