I was unfamiliar with the new build process and had many questions during all phases. Our new home specialist, Robin, was very courteous and answered all my questions. Her and Gary, the made the process easier for me. Gary was prompt to address all final touch ups and also ensured other items were completed on time and at the scheduled closing date.
