The sales and community project manager are very nice and willing to help out where needed. However, the quality of materials is low and contractors are not careful and sloppy at times. Damaged wood for fireplace mantle and baseboards. Very disappointing for price paid.

In particular, Michelle and Eric were very helpful and easy to work during the entire process. 10 stars would be more appropriate.
The material used was poor quality.
