It would have been nice to be offered all of the options with the home that was chosen. The weekly check-ins during the business process did not continue after the first week. I have not heard from any individuals (the builder or agent), who were supposed to follow up about concerns I had during the process.
The staff that we working with while buying the home was great. The realtor at the model home, Stacey, was awesome. She was very kind and personable.
I think my builders were very friendly and helped me build my dream home.
