I am loving the house. We are very pleased that we decided to use Smith Douglas Homes to purchase the home. They are the best. The home is functional and convenient to relax and work in. I enjoy living here as a new resident.
My brother is purchasing a Smith Douglas home in the new Lawrenceville, GA subdivision. Beautiful homes.
After closing, there were a few issues that came up. One being that Smith Douglas had the driveways poured/cemented prior to fiber lines being installed for cable and internet service. This has been a great disappointment and inconvenience for many new residents in the Parkside community, especially for folks who work from home or do online learning. We cannot get any internet or cable service provided; Comcast, AT&T, and Windstream have all come out and confirmed they cannot service us as there are no fiber lines and no ped... read more
