The price increased twice from the time we got our pre approval letter until we went under contract. I feel like price should be locked in as soon as you are pre approved. There’s an additional charge for simple things like ceiling fans and a garage door opener. One would think these would be included in the price of the home. The sales lady and contractor were nice.
Its one of the finest community I came across, we are loving the atmosphere and environment of the community. The construction manager is friendly and informative through out the process, definitely recommend with 4 out of 5.
