They are affordable nice homes.
The communication throughout the build was incredible. Blake and Nick were easy to work with and always available to answer any questions. The process of choosing a lot, the style of home and options was easy. Blake was able to guide us through the options to where we were able to stay around our budget and still get premium upgrades.
Smith Douglas was very thorough during the entire home buying process. From the beginning - buying to the lot until the final inspection of the house.
