Very helpful, courteous, in every part of the process
The first feeling you get when you walk into your new home for the first time after closing should be pure joy. However, it felt like we walked into a hot mess. Hot, because it was over 80 degrees inside the house, items were not corrected that the night before that we were told would be, and the grass was a foot high with weeds that were three feet tall (literally, I measured); the front and back doors were a struggle to open and close, all while there was only one garage door opener left, which did not work.
