If I could give 0 stars, I would. I shopped around to 3 other stores before this one.. we bought a new house but made a room out of a garage so it needed flooring and the master needed new flooring as well. The other places i checked out needed 10 days to 3 weeks for carpet to come in before even installing it and i needed it now so we could move.. well i call smittys and they sahow me the ones they have in stock that can be put in this week. - Several tiles cracked within days of installation. - Installers scratched up the new tile moving the appliances back in. - They tracked cement all over my wood floors and left it for me to deal with. - I had to follow up more than once to get them to come back out to fix all the problems. - I asked to be reimbursed for the non-reusable transition reducers that didn’t properly fit and had to be removed to fix the cracked tiles anyway.
