Fast and efficient moving experience The move with this company was a great experience. The movers seemed to handle loading the 26 foot truck in a very efficient way and was very time efficient also.
Labor was on time, and efficient with their assignments Was completely satisfied with the performance of the men. They were on time, efficient and effective with their labor. Would definitely use them again, when and if.
Absolutely helpful and organized. We used both someone to help us move out in a completely different state and city we moved into. The guys that helped move us out were awesome! Young men but extremely put-together and organized our things impeccably. Couldn't have asked for better movers. The few guys that helped us move in our new home were still very helpful but a little less efficient. Overall a great experience and will definitely use again.
They didn't show up. I planned and paid for my move several months ahead of time. SML was to show up at my destination to help me unload. I had a confirmation call from them the day before, then the day of moving in they don't show by their arrival time window. I call SML who assures me they are on the way. An hour later and they still aren't there. SML again assures me they are en route. Two hours after the end of their arrival window I call again and they said that noone was coming. Fast efficient service!,, i They were fast but gentle with our belongings . Everything was wrapped and. Loaded on the truck with great care We Could not have gotten through the move without SMLpenske
Initial service call for scheduling was good, the communication was good, total experience was a nightmare read review. Items broken due to loading fragile items on the bottom where the weight crushed glasses, plates, antique mirror the lost was costly.

Great help, the movers were professional. I have forgot the two gentleman's names who helped but they were great. They arrived on time and worked hard. They stayed busy and did not require any prompting. The process was easy all the way through. SML was great to deal with.
