I'm not an easy person to rent to. I'm in my unit at least three times a week, typically for an hour plus. I've also not made it out on time on several occasions and had to call the emergency number to be let out. I'm sure that's the last call an employee wants to get after work. I've gotten upset a few times about things that I felt didn't need to be addressed but were made an issue, however I'm not gonna run online and badmouth a company because of some minor disagreements. We have used Smokey Point in the past and have found them to be terrific. Great location, clean units, and wonderful customer service.
The facility is clean, the staff is super helpful and friendly, and the rates are very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good storage option.
Very friendly staff who quickly set me up with a storage unit......took time to show the unit to me and explained the security features.
This is the place!! Clean, Safe and protected! Phil the manager cares about what he's doing! The facility is updated with automatic gates, cameras and secure locks on units. The facility you can see is clearly cared for thank you for taking care of our stuff!!
