My 3.5 year old girl had two cavities that needed to be worked on. Of course I was a bit worried about how she’ll do since she is so young. We had a great experience. The dentist and hygienist were very efficient, calm and supporting. Both explained things well. The procedure was done quickly and my girl left the dentist without shedding a single tear. We have had the best experience here. The hygienists are very kind and gentle with my daughter. They take their time and explain everything so she isn't fearful. Dr Fowler is very knowledgeable and helpful as well.
The dentist is rude and unprofessional. If you decided to go against his recommendations he is snooty . He’s not someone who needs to be working around kids . He started working on my son’s teeth immediately after injecting him.My son wasn’t numb at all . The dentist is rude to his staff. Take your kids anywhere but here.
The dentist and staff are great but what gets us is the “1 parent only” rule. We have 3 kids; of which one is a baby and another one is easily upset. Having 1 parent to comfort 3 children is very stressful; to the point that we will be going to a different pediatric dentist.
Great front staff!! Great dentist!! He was so good with Crimson. Kids love him!! The assistant was also great and very sweet. I love this group.
