5 stars for Smylie one! On the hottest day of the year my AC stopped working and when I called Smylie One a technician was sent out within a few hours (I thought I would have to wait several hours if not days), and got my AC up and running!! So thankful to Steve Smylie and his team!!

The technician was prompt and friendly. He explained everything to me. Before placing the new unit outside, he used a shovel and bagged all the leaves and stuff that had accumulated. That was so appreciated. Gary Rosen who came to give me the estimate was friendly and helped me understand all the technical stuff. Great job, Smylie One!
