(04 Aor) Lauren put a huge effort into restoring a damaged 50 year old school photograph to make it look like new in a couple of hours. Her colleague also went to great trouble printing out photos from my phone and resizing/cutting to fit into awkwardly/seized frames. A very happy experience. Highly recommended.Â
Went to take passport pics, was served by Ella, who was so lovely and helpful. Service was really good, quick and efficient.Â

Lauren was absolutely incredible, cutting down the outer area of our picture to match the frame. We were worried that it would affect the photo but Lauren cut it perfectly and it looks absolutely incredible. Could not recommend her more strongly.Â
I needed a visa photo. And due to my hair (curly and sits/looks different everyday) curling around my ear (my ear being small & located away from my face) it was a time consuming process to get ears shown on the picture. But Lauren was extremely helpful and patient in getting the right picture. Many thanks to her!Â
I went to the shop minutes 28/2/2026 just before it was closing Ellie quickly help me to do an instant print she then cut the picture to the size of the frame Her and her colleague Anne-Marie customer service is on point …. More shops should have staff like them xxÂ
The staff in this store are amazingly helpful and full of knowledge. I have been to many photo shops around London, but this is the best customer service I have ever got. The most loveliest and helpful ladies ever, Ellie and Anna-Marie,. I really recommend when you want to sort photos you have had for years.Â
