Very friendly, attentive and supportive. I printed over 100 pictures and this was all down to the help of Chelsea. In a world where personal service is diminishing, this was very refreshing.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Snappy Snap! I went in to have a photo printed and framed, and Chelsea took care of everything. She was so attentive, really listened to exactly what I wanted, and the result was just stunning. The customer service was top-notch—she was so warm, helpful, and really went above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Chelsea!
Just brilliant service and a great help Emma & Chelsea so polite in your Ashford Kent store

The shop assistant was under a lot of pressure trying to serve people in the shop and she had lots of work that other people had left for her to do. She kept her cool admirably, and we felt we were being looked after very well
Great service and a very enjoyable visit as well as productive!

Gina was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and above what she needed to do. Excellent customer service. She was so busy working on her own, but was efficient & very pleasant
