I visited snappy snaps yesterday enquiring about invites for my daughters birthday, Paige told me different options and helped get these printed for me, she talked me through each step and I now have confidence I can do it myself on my next visit, absolute credit to your company
When I visited before Christmas to print some photos Adrien was lovely. He was friendly polite and helpful. He was very welcoming with all of the customers who were there at the same time and deserves to be rewarded. The photos were good quality and the machines were easy and straightforward to use. I look forward to visiting again soon.
I wanted to add pictures for a better ambience in my room. Paige from snappy snaps was helpful and patient getting the correct photos and sizes to go with my photos which came out brilliant. She’s a real asset to your company and hope she and you guys have a great new year
I came into the shop today, I bought some disposable cameras. Adrien who was the colleague in store explained to me how the cameras work and how to get the best photos. Amazing service, will definitely be back
Genuinely has arguably the best customer service I’ve ever had from Paige in store this week. Had a tricky issue uploading images and Paige couldn’t have gone more above and beyond to ensure I managed to complete my purchase. This was right at the end of the day too with the store closing but she couldn’t have been more helpful Thanks again
