RecommendedI don't want to say No but I can't say yes either. I always drink a glass of water before bed so I have to set an alarm clock to wait 30 minutes before I can take the pill. That brings said of only taking one pill so far. But you want a review so I shall give you a review. I think I slept better that night!! I'm not sure on the level of sound. Hopefully that helps. I just drink a glass of water if I start awake I'll gladly take another pill tonight!! Stay tuned😉

RecommendedOmg where do I start, your product is the best ! My husband snores like a lumberjack, takes 3 sprays and his snoring level goes from 11 to a 3-4. I’ve been buying it for years when we had Rite Aid stores in Middletown NY, but now they are Walgreens and they don’t carry. CVS sometimes has the smaller. I have told many of my friends of your product, please please never discontinue this product, love it!! Thank you, Lori Morris
