Fun experience, enjoyed every bit of snow tubing, iceskating, playing in the snow and the food. A bonus was making s'mores by the firepit!
Staff were very friendly. The place was extremely clean. We had a fabulous time!!
It would be a better experience if you had a pulley for all tubes not just the family tubes. It was real work out for an adult. The kids really struggle.
We had so much fun! Food was not good at all.

We had a great time and will definitely be back again! They only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is 1. I wish the site had been a little more clear as to what to expect. The artic igloo was the only place with “real snow.” I’m fine with that, it is FL after all, that was just never conveyed anywhere online. I didn’t know if fake snow would be shooting out and falling in is during the tube ride or what. Because of that I had no idea what to wear. Would we be hot because it’s 86° out? Overall it was a great experience. The weather is impossible to predict and fix, uunderstood. The skating was quite full of puddles and very difficult to skate on.. The tubing wasn't as much of a problem and was fun.
The 5-7pm time slot in February was perfect to be able to experience this place during the day and night! It was so much fun and I will be recommending to friends and family!
