Just want to say a massive thanks to mark and the service team at snows portsmouth Had the egr cooler recall on Monday and mine was leaking so mark organised for the car to be colllected on Tuesday morning and I got the car back this morning Brilliant service kept me informed all the way through the process even when there was a slight delay Brilliant service received and many thanks
My 2005 e46 M3 was serviced today at Snows. It is my pride and joy with only 14,000 recorded miles from new. The service I received was excellent and efficient. They did not query my requests not to wash the car (ceramic coated) and not to test drive the car post service. I was treated well and would recommend Snows highly. So much so that they are not my nearest dealership but I travelled to them for the service they provide.
