A neat and tidy process. No pressure after explaining the benefits of all the usual add ons once I said I was not interested. All queries dealt with professionally and although I have only just got the car home, everything agreed appears to have been done, which involved a mechanic coming in on a Sunday to fit brakes so I could drive away first thing Monday. A fair price according to independent valuations although there was no willingness to haggle after it had already been heavily discounted on the forecourt.

Purchased an Astra from J Davy in 2009, had it serviced and repaired with them ever since. I find them honest, efficient and friendly. as a result I am in the process of purchasing another Astra from them and have received nothing but true professional, courteous and friendly treatment.
Generally a good experience, Sales lady was very thorough with the whole transaction.

The team were polite and helpful. The team explained the various options I had with purchasing this new car. This element of the service I received I can not fault.My only complaint is that there was clear miscommunication as to when the car would be ready to pick up. No set date was set however it was strongly implied it would be ready by the end of the week (I purchased the car on the Sunday before).
