I broke down in the middle of Nowhere and they delt with me via phone and email. Promptly put a deal together and delivered the vehicle to me , even though I was hours away from them. Well done guys.

We were greeted immediately, all questions answered and those that weren't had a follow up phone call later that same day. We discussed inventory on the lot and also that available from other dealers to match exactly what we wanted. Received excellent value for trade in. It took us a week to decide and special thanks to Jeff Olson for a NO pressure experience. I had an appointment on Monday The 11th showed Up and Ernie was sick so I only got my oil changed Windows didn't get cleaned or anything else. The other 2 jobs that had been scheduled the man taking Ernie's place couldn't find them in the book. So he told me to come back Tuesday On Tuesday Ernie was still sick so I had to come back on Wednesday Ernie was back at work Wednesday and he took care of the remaining problems
