Left our truck up there for three weeks to get the 1200.00 30 point or whatever inspection and detail. They called and said it was done, so we drove the 70 miles to go pick it up to find out they forgot three steps and forgot about the detail. So, I had to drive back the next day to get it. We just skipped getting it detailed. So 420 miles later... there was one gentleman that worked there that seemed to make up for the incompetence of the others, but this was still inexcusable.
Beautiful showroom with a great selection of new and used vehicles. Tony was great to work with.
Very disappointed with the service. It was a hassle trying to buy the brand-new vehicle 2 years ago, then tried to get service done on it 2 or 3 times and they couldn't get it done and have had to go to Billings for service. Now I am stuck in Billings for 6 hrs without a vehicle while it gets the work done, that Snowy Mt couldn't do. I probably won't be buying another vehicle at Snowy MT. Very little help all the way around.
Had my jeep in there 3 different times for overheating. Each time cost me $1300. Its still overheating. This place is a joke.
