I met Dr. Carl Hartman 27 years ago when he did corneal transplants on my Mom. She was blind for almost 5 years and ended up seeing 20/30 with no glasses. It was literally a miracle. Dr. Hartman is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He performed cataract surgery on both eyes and now I see better than I have in the last 15 years. His excellent service and attitude is mirrored by the entire staff at both the Lakewood and Los Alamitos offices of So Cal Eye.
