He did cataract surgery on both my wife and me. He is excellent, explains everything and is a noble Trojan to cap it off.
Great personality, warm, congenial.....but most of all, most knowledgeable in his field. Performed successful cataract surgery for both my husband and me, would highly recommend him!
I can’t remember the last time that I was to a doctor who cared as much as Dr. Hartman. He was kind and caring. He did my Lasik and I cannot believe how well I can see. He reassured me through every step of the process and I have recommended him to both friends and family. He is the perfect example of a great doctor!
Just had cataract removal surgery. Dr. Hartman is personal, caring, takes time to explain procedures and answer questions thoroughly, he also has a sense of humor. I am very happy with the outcome of my surgery and I highly recommend Dr. Hartman and the staff.

Professional and approachable, Carl Hartman is a physician with a serious talent for diagnosing problems and issues. He has a gentle touch and an ability sense when a problem simply needs time. He does not rush into therapies that do more harm than good and he carries himself like a true healer. I cannot say enough about this gentleman and what he did for me during a time of crisis when I feared for the health of my eyes and eyesight.
