Dr Shiffenhaus is SO incredible. My daughter has had anxiety about dentists her WHOLE life. She cries through every teeth cleaning and every procedure. She’s 16 & still struggles. Since she has been here with Dr Shiffenhaus, there’s only been jitters but immediately calmed when he starts in with the treatment procedure. She went home and said she loved the way the new fillings felt. That the fillings were smooth and she could floss in between her teeth and she couldn’t do that before. I needed an appointment asap and they were able to accommodate me same day! Very nice ladies at the desk! They were super helpful and professional. The practice is clean and very pleasant! And I’m a good location! You can’t miss it! Call this office to give it a try if you need dental work!

My family and I have gone to Softouch for 9 years, and I’ve been impressed with the care from the dentist, hygienists, and office staff...they treat us like friends! They are super-careful to make sure they’re checking with you during every step of the procedure, and I’ve never experienced any pain in the process. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with everyone in the office! Going to the dentist is not my favorite activity, but it is necessary to maintain good health. Coleen was especially great in making it as painless as possible, while patiently answering all my questions. I will recommend this practice to anyone who has teeth!!
