I Have had one a few years now I haven't used it for 2 of them because the vinal is shot . I did every thing the said to do in the user's manual and it dried up and cracked. Buy a plug and play Hard shell you will be happier. I spent almost 5000 dollars on my softtub never again

So I have had nothing but problems with this company starting from the dealer who sold it to making us feel like we did something wrong even though we have followed every suggestion and expectation for proper care. The head quarters doesn't want to deal with us either and 1.5 years into ownership 3 major issues. Vinyl shell discoloration, the inside liner while empty and dry starting to discolor, while we wait for the mother board of our power pack to be replaced.
