Great for about a yr Have the older version and 2 yrs in it has quit working for the second time, first time I returned it and a few months later it is dead again. Worked great for about a yr.
Cleans outside the pool The media could not be loaded. Don’t get it unless you don’t like your pool cleaned. It’ll clean good if it stays in the pool but I am always having to go get it bc it climbs right on out of the pool.
Warranty Claim Process - Not worth item price! I purchased this machine in May 2024. Just 16 months later. Dead. No signs of anything stuck just simply dead. While they do offer a warranty you have to cover the shipping expense to get that 25lbs vacuum to Duluth, GA. It's disappointing that you pay $1600 for an item that should work without issues for 3 years and less than halfway into that not only it dies, you have to jump hoops to speak with someone about the issue, then you have to pay out of pocket to ship. Disappointing durability I wanted to love this thing. And I did love it, for about twelve months of use. It did what it claimed to do, did it well, and I had no issues whatsoever with it. Then one day it simply stopped working.The product DOES have a 36 month warranty, and I just shipped it off to be fixed ... but I'm responsible for the cost of shipping and it was $231! Doesn't last long was great for about 3 months. Completely stopped working.
Product is unreliable Do not buy Maytronics products.Bought two other Dolphin pool cleaners which did not work and I returned. Took a chance and bought this model.Worked for a year before ceasing to function.Went through warranty process…they are requiring me to pay for shipping to repair center.Will not do any business with this company on the future.
stopped working in just a couple of weeks We received this item on 8-2-2025 and it stopped working on 8-30-2025 , it will turn on but it will not move forward or backwards it is like 1 side of the tracks is locked and will not move.
Worthless piece of junk. Do not waste your time. Well, first this item was not inexpensive. The first time I try it the machine will not recognize the product Serial Number. No matter what i did, it will not recognize the serial number, therefore you cannot register the product as yours. I called the number listed for help and I stayed on the phone line for a ridiculous amount of time.
